1. No Refund Policy

• Agniyantra does not offer refunds on any products once the order is placed and delivered.

• All purchases are considered final.

2. Exchange Policy

• We only allow exchanges in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product received

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

• The exchange request must be approved by our support team before sending the product back.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share a complete unboxing video (from sealed package to fully opened product) along with images, if required.

• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

5. Exchange Process

• Once your exchange request is approved, we will share the return instructions.

• Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Exchange will be processed after quality inspection of the returned item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Products are not eligible for return or exchange after 7 days of delivery.

• Used, damaged, or tampered products will not qualify for exchange.

7. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.
