Refund Policy

At Agniyantra, we take pride in the quality of our Vastu energy products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 10-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom or personalized products (e.g., Kundli reports).
• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Sealed products (e.g., dusts, powders) where the seal has been broken.

We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

If you have not received your refund within the stated time, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider (Razorpay). If the issue persists, reach out to us directly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you are approved for a refund and it has not yet been credited:

• Check your bank account / UPI / card statement again.
• Contact your bank or payment provider — there is often a processing delay.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
